Biohazard Clean Up

We received a call from a large apartment complex regarding a deceased tenant that passed away days before anyone noticed.  The management of the building asked us if we could take care of this immediately as the family was flying in later that evening to collect belongings from their deceased relative’s apartment.
SERVPRO of East Greenwich/Warwick has the expertise and equipment to address sensitive biohazard losses just like this one. In this particular situation, we removed and bagged all soiled garments and textiles, UV fogged the entire apartment with an antibacterial, cleaned and disinfected the tile flooring and set up specialty equipment for odor control. The management was very grateful as this allowed the family members to view the apartment without any trace of their deceased loved one.
